Our Ubiquinol Complete is crystal-free and contains the reduced and most bioavailable form of CoQ10 called ubiquinol. Most CoQ10 formulas come in the less bioavailable form known as ubiquinone and are not as well absorbed by some individuals. Our formula also contains natural citrus oil for improved solubility and enhanced absorption.*
